I believe everyone has their beliefs. I celebrate Christmas and that’s ok. I have friends who celebrate many many different religions so I try very hard to say Happy Holidays so everyone I encounter feels warm inside. Is that the way others are; NO! People now a days either don’t have the desire to get into a fight over who is right so they stay quiet and go about their day never actually wishing anyone anything looking rather miserable or my favorite try to shove there religion and why it’s the best ever down others throat causing everyone to feel uncomfortable… Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanza, or insert other they will shout. (as if you haven’t seen this at least once this week lol)
Anyway the reason I’m writing is this… Tonight we are watching ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ with our 5 year old whom has never watched it before. I’ve seen it 100 times however not in years lol it actually came out 10 years before I was born 1974 release year but it’s a classic and must be watched! The animation on it was amazing for that time period, colorful, great music, and voice overs on point. You watch it and sit frozen in excitement about the dang mice who help get Christmas and Santa out on time. If you haven’t seen it, do so it’s only about 20-25 min long.
To anyone reading this may whatever you celebrate be absolutely beyond amazing and bright! So Happy Holidays ya’ll! Be safe, be kind and my favorite don’t forget to rewind! (vhs joke, now I’m showing my age lol)
Much Love xo * Ria
