Poem: Plant life

She was green,

With yellow due cracks,

The sun did her wonders,

The rain held her back.

Bees would swarm the crown,

Purple flakes rising in the sun,

She was too close to the sea,

As the wind picked up some.

There was nothing to do but wait it out,

She was no longer viable,

No longer safe,

And in a pinch,

The sea gobbled her up!

Much Love xo *Ria
